Any valid prescription can be used to purchase glasses/contact lenses at Costco without an appointment.

SODO Vision Care provides efficient, affordable, quality eye care.

Prices below are for payment at the time of service only. If we are billing your insurance, prices may vary.

A routine eye exam evaluates the health of your eyes and provides an accurate prescription for glasses.

CONTACT LENS EXAM starting at $120 - $150
A contact lens exam includes a routine eye exam to evaluate the health of your eyes, provide an accurate prescription for glasses and additionally, a contact lens evaluation to determine a contact lens prescription.

We fit a variety of soft contact lens modalities including daily disposables, astigmatism, multifocal and monovision. We do not fit many rigid contact lens modalities, please inquire if you wear rigid lenses to ensure we can assist you.

***These fees are for same day service. If you request a contact lens exam after your initial exam, fees are increased***

All first time contact lens wearers must complete a contact lens training session ($25 one time fee); sometimes may require a separate appointment.

OPTOS RETINA SCAN optional fee of $35, but highly recommended
An Optomap retinal scan provides a 200° scan of the eyes' retina, giving the doctor a photographic screening of the eyes' health. Learn more and see examples of Optos here.

CONTACT LENS FITTINGS starting at $75 - 100
A contact lens fitting provides a contact lens prescription.  You must have had an eye exam and a current copy of your glasses prescription from within the past three months to be fit with contact lenses. You must provide this to us, prior to your appointment to ensure we can work with your prescription.

All first time contact lens wearers must complete a contact lens training session ($25 one time fee); may require a separate appointment.<<

MEDICAL OFFICE VISITS starting at $75 - depending on complexity
An office visit allows our doctors to diagnose and treat common eye problems such as red eyes, flashes, foreign bodies, or for follow-up care to complex problems.

These differ from routine exams, as they are problem focused.

Some routine exams are converted to office visits, and your vision care plans do not cover medical office / comprehensive exams visits.
